With another NBA season in the history books, we’re excited to announce that a new season of our own is on the horizon. This fall, coming to a device near you — Season 4 of NBA 2K Mobile.

We’re extremely proud of how far the game has come since its launch in November 2018. We’ve worked hard to bring fresh stuff into the game and make each season unique. And, Season 4 will be no different. Here at NBA2KM Headquarters, we’re working on some brand new features for S4 in addition to the new themes, players and more that define each season.

You can expect to see more info on these things as we get closer to S4. Speaking of that — we don’t have an official launch date yet, but the below theme schedule will give you an idea. Just like past seasons, we’ll now be rerunning previous themes — with new cards in the top tiers — until S4 hits.

And starting today, you can work toward rewards that will boost your roster in S4. From the main menu, click on Season 4 to find objectives for Crowns and Endorsements, which earn you foundation cards at the start of S4. Crowns reward random cards of the tier listed in base form, while Endorsements will reward starred up versions of foundation cards. As usual, Amethyst will be the top tier to start S4.

OK, here’s that theme schedule. The three themes running in events will be getting new cards.

Like years past, the transition from Season 3 to Season 4 will see your S3 cards become Mentors. S3 cards can’t be used on the court in S4, but they will remain in your Collections as Mentors that can boost stats and PWR on S4 cards in the same position. A Mentor’s impact is based on its tier and its PWR at the end of S3. Plus, your S3 lineup and stats will be visible in the Career tab of your Player Info page in S4.

Just like the S2 to S3 transition, everything in Crews mode will carry over to S4 with no changes. Same goes for unused coins you have at the end of S3 — those will transfer to S4. We’re also bringing back the Vault for the rest of S3, which means 20 percent of purchases in the Coins tab of the Store will be bonus additions to the bank of coins you start S4 with.

We’re listening to your feedback as we prepare for S4. Yeah, Luka should be a point guard. Jaylen Brown has a buzzcut now. Codes are good. Anything you’d like us to hear, just drop it in a comment on our social channels.

And, stay tuned as we share more details in the coming weeks. We can’t wait to bring you another season of NBA 2K Mobile.
